Stray Dogs

"190 street dogs shot," "10,000 stray dogs to be shot," "Officials kill 58,000 stray dogs". These headlines should basically  be saying, "PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT STRAY DOGS". Stray Dogs were once pets that either belonged to some people that didn't really care about their dogs, or were abandoned. Strays usually live in parks, or in buildings that were abandoned, wooded areas, or beneath freeways. Stray dogs usually come out at night, when not as many humans were around. Stray animals usually live shorter, unhealthier lives than tamed animals.
